Easy Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your ORI purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return within 14 days from the date you received the product.

Free Return Service

For orders delivered within Thailand, we offer a free return service within 14 days from the date you received the product.

Summary of Return Policy

1. Return period: You have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.
2. Condition of returned items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Additionally, the receipt must be included.

Inspection and Refunds

We will inspect the condition and completeness of the product, which takes approximately 5-7 business days from the date the returned product arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed through the original payment channel after the product has been received into our warehouse system.

Additional Notes

1. You can only request one return per order
2. If the product is damaged upon receipt, please select "defective item" as the reason for return when filling out the return form or contact customerservice@jaspal.co.th.
3. Jaspal reserves the right not to accept returns or exchanges that do not meet the specified conditions.
4. The return period includes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
