International Returns:
We apologize for any inconvenience. We do not have a return and exchange policy for international shipments. Please make sure to review product details carefully before making a purchase. In-Store Exchanges
- Drop by your nearest ORI store within 14 days with your delivery order (D/O) and the item.
- Our helpful assistants are here to help you with your exchange, making it fast and simple.
Returning Items for Domestic Deliveries in Thailand:
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. For orders within Thailand, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, including the operation process. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt, and the returned items must be shipped back and processed within an additional 7 days. To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that your items comply with the conditions outlined in our return policy below.
- Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and have all tags and price tags attached. Don't forget to include your receipt or order document (Delivery Order - D/O) with your return.
- For cosmetics and perfumes, the packaging must remain unopened and in pristine condition.
- *For hygiene reasons, products or accessories that come into direct contact with the body (such as jewelry, headband, swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates) cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Remember, returns must also comply with the terms of any specific promotions highlighted on our website.
- We retain the right to decline returns for items that are exceptions or those purchased during the sale.
Online Return Process
- For registered customers: Log in to your account and select Return under "Order history."
- For non-registered customers: Click "Create A Return" at the bottom of the website and provide your order number and email or phone number used for the purchase.
- Choose the order containing the item you wish to return and select the "Return Items" option.
- Fill out the online form and provide the reason for your return.
- Click "Submit " to send your return request.
- After receiving a confirmation email for the approved return request, please follow the instructions in the approved email.
- Once our team receives the returned package, they will inspect the item's condition and the return request.
- Upon successful inspection, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the returned item. The inspection process typically takes around 3-5 business days.
Return Cost
Once your return request is approved, you can send the product back to the address listed in the approved return request email. The cost of returning the product will be solely the customer's responsibility.
Refund Methods
Your refund will be processed within 45 business days, subject to the terms and conditions of your bank or credit card provider. Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will perform a quality inspection within 3-5 business days.
Note:
We reserve the right to decline the return of products at special prices during the Sale, products paid with Online Credit, and products that do not meet the return conditions. Learn more about return conditions at "Return Policy (Applicable only for domestic orders within Thailand)".
We also reserve the right to decline the refund of shipping charges (if applicable) in cases where customers change their minds, are unsatisfied, reject the received products, or for other reasons that result in the return of products to the company.
If customers wish to return products purchased during promotional periods or with special discounts, and they are eligible for returns, the company will issue a refund in the form of a gift card. This policy applies regardless of the payment method used for the order. The gift card will be valid for 30 days and will be automatically linked to your ORI account or the email address used when placing the order.
For products purchased with JPS Club points, if returned, the refund will only be for the actual purchase amount after deducting the redeemed discount. The points used for the discount cannot be refunded to the JPS Member account.
