We invite you to create your personal ORI account. Just provide your name, email, and a password to start your journey with us. For an even easier experience, you can also register and log in using your Facebook or Google account. Your account is your key to faster checkout, simple order tracking, and exclusive access to perks available only to members.
How can I update my personal information?
To update your details, log into your account and head to your profile settings. If you forget your password, just click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page, and we'll send a secure email to guide you through the reset process.

Orders & Shipping
How can I track my order?
The journey of your new ORI pieces is something to look forward to. You can follow their path to you in a few ways:
- Visit the "My Orders" section in your account.
- Click the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
- Track your parcel directly on the DHL website with your order number: https://ecom-ori.myshopify.com/apps/order-tracking
What are the shipping times and costs?
We provide free standard shipping within Thailand. Your order will be prepared within 48 hours of confirmation and dispatched on a business day, so it arrives at your doorstep promptly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, ORI extends its style to our international community through our global shipping partner, DHL. Please note that items shipped internationally are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Will I be responsible for customs or import duties?
For our international customers, your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, it's immediately sent for processing to ensure a swift delivery. Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel orders after they have been confirmed. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, our domestic return policy is available to you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. For orders within Thailand, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. We ask that items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and perfumes must be in their original, unopened packaging. Jewelry, headband, swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates cannot be exchanged or returned. Items from our "End of Season" sales and any purchases made using online credit are final.
How do I arrange a return or exchange?
We've designed a simple and refined process for you:
Online Returns: Log into your account and start the process under "My Orders." If you checked out as a guest, you can use your order number and email to access the return form. Once your request is approved, you have 7 days to send the item back to us.
In-Store Exchanges: You are welcome to visit any ORI store within 14 days. Please bring the item and your Delivery Order (D/O) documents, and our in-store style advisors will be happy to help you with an exchange.
When can I expect my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. After approval, refunds to credit cards will be processed within 45 business days, according to your bank's terms and conditions.
Can sale items be returned or exchanged?
Purchases made during our "Sale" are final and cannot be returned. Items from other promotional events may be returned for a gift card, subject to our standard policy.
What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?
We are committed to the highest standards of quality. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at customerservice@jaspal.co.th. Providing a photo of the item along with your receipt will help us resolve the matter for you swiftly.
