Free standard delivery in Thailand: Orders will be processed upon confirmation. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Domestic Returns (Thailand): Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original, unworn condition with all tags. Cosmetics and perfumes must be unopened.

*Archive Sale, promotional, and sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

- Online Returns: Log into your account or use your order number and email as a guest to initiate a return. Approved requests must be posted back within 14 days.
- In-Store Exchanges: Visit any of our stores within 14 days with your item and Delivery Order (D/O) for assistance.

International Returns: Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for international shipments. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
