Domestic Returns (Thailand): Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original, unworn condition with all tags. Cosmetics and perfumes must be unopened.

- In-Store Exchanges: Visit any of our stores within 14 days with your item and Delivery Order (D/O) for assistance.
