Domestic Returns (Thailand): Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original, unworn condition with all tags. Cosmetics and perfumes must be unopened. Final sale for ""End of Season"" items and online credit purchases.
- Online Returns: Log into your account or use your order number and email as a guest to initiate a return. Approved requests must be posted back within 14 days.
- In-Store Exchanges: Visit any of our stores within 14 days with your item and Delivery Order (D/O) for assistance.

International Returns: Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for international shipments. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
